Bidding Privacy

We value your privacy. Buyers have the choice to enable privacy during the bidding process by choosing the type of bidding privacy for your project. Sealed bidding is available to determine that the bidder names are shown and the bid amounts are hidden. Blind bidding indicates that the bid amounts are shown and bidder names are hidden, both these features are optional and are valuable to the buyer for maximum control over private auctions.

Available is a Private folder for personal files, references, etc, that is only accessible to you. Use the Shared Folder to – you guessed it – share documents with your service provider. Uploading is easy – simply browse files on your personal hard drive and select the document you want to upload.

With Media Share, you can create sub-folders and upload documents to share with only your chosen Law Clerk.

All you need to do is deposit the required amounts as invoiced by your service provider into your online account via Paypal, and release the funds after you are satisfied with what you have received.
